Need help setting your e-mail account up?

If you would like remote desktop support, then you will need to do the following:

One of our support staff will contact you via telephone to assist.

The remote desktop service is available for queries related to the following:

  • E-mail account settings / connectivity issues.
  • ADSL configuration (if you are connected).
  • Client Area and cPanel.
  • FTP Settings.

Please note: This service is only available to clients running Microsoft Windows. Mac OS and Linux are not supported.
