How can I pay ?
Payment can be made by Credit Card; EFT; Instant EFT; Stop Order; Snapscan; Payfast; Paypal; Direct Deposit or Debit Order.
Is there a setup fee ?
Frogfoot has an installation fee of R1725 Vat incl. (this can be paid over 12 months) - Interest Free.
The Standard setup fee includes Access Build up to 30 meters.
If the Access Build exceeds 30 meters, the standard setup fee will apply as well as an additional installation fee of R 50 per meter.
The additional installation fees will be billed by the appointed Frogfoot contractor directly to the Subscriber.
Yes we will supply a free router, however there is a Once-off delivery fee of R249 for any deliveries out of the central Cape Town area.
What are our terms ?
There is no contract.
Cancellations require a 30 calendar day notification.
A pro rata invoice will be issued on activation of service.
If you have paid the installation fee then there will be no charges should you terminate our services.
If you were paying monthly for the connection fee we will work out the remainder portion of the 12 months payment.
Please note that should the service be ordered and the incorrect address is supplied, the client will be responsible for all charges relating to the order placed at the incorrect address.
Can I upgrade, downgrade at any time ?
Yes! Upgrades and downgrades of Fibre speeds can be done at any time.

How do I port my Telkom voice landline to SA Domain VOIP ?
You'll need to supply us with a copy of your Telkom telephone bill (please note that your account needs to be settled, or Telkom will not release your number) and an authorisation letter which will be supplied to you.
