Is there a setup fee ?

Octotel has an installation fee of R1725 Vat incl.
We’ll cover Octotel’s installation fee on your behalf.
Please note that if you cancel your service within 12 months of activation, we will recover these fees from you.
The Free installation fee includes Access Build up to 30 meters. A quote will be supplied for any extra meterage.
Please note that should the service be ordered and the incorrect address is supplied, the client will be responsible for all charges relating to the order placed at the incorrect address.


Do I get a Free Router ?

Yes we will supply a free-to-use router, however there is a Once-off delivery fee of R249.


What are our terms ?

There is no contract.
Cancellations require a 30 calendar day notification.
A pro rata invoice will be issued on activation of service.


Can I upgrade, downgrade at any time ?

Yes! Upgrades and downgrades of Fibre speeds can be done at any time.
