The following steps will assist you in setting up an e-mail account on a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime:
1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon, followed by Samsung and then Email.
2. Enter your e-mail address and password. Click on Manual Setup.
Note: If an e-mail account has been created already, do the following instead:
- Tap MORE.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Add account.
- Enter your e-mail address and password. Click on Manual Setup.
3. You will be prompted to select the type of account you are using: Select POP3 Account.
4. You will now be asked for the Incoming server settings:
- User Name: this must be the full e-mail address (e.g.: mail@example.com)
- Password: the password for this e-mail account.
- POP3 Server: mail.yourdomain (e.g.: mail.example.com)
- Security Type: None
- Port: 110
- Delete email from server: Never

5. You will now be asked for the Outgoing server settings:
- SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain (e.g.: mail.example.com)
- Security Type: None
- Port: 587
- Require sign-in: this option must be ticked.
- User name: this must be the full e-mail address (e.g.: mail@example.com).
- Password: the password for this e-mail account.
6. Tap SIGN IN. The phone will verify your outgoing settings. Once this is complete, your e-mail account will be ready to use.
