    2. If your domain has been configured to point to another hosting provider via DNS and you find that this is no longer the case, please forward your domain name to support@sadomain.co.za so that we can check your DNS settings and correct them if necessary.

    3. If your domain uses name servers belonging to another hosting provider, but points back to us for either e-mail or website hosting, you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to change any entries containing the IP address 196.41.127.64 to use the new IP 129.232.220.186.
