SA Domain is the Internet Service Provider (ISP). We provide the internet service over the Cybersmart network and manage your SA Domain fibre service, account and support.
Cybersmart Home and Business Fibre
SA Domain offers separate Cybersmart Home and Business fibre options. Both ranges provide symmetrical download and upload speeds, with packages from 100/100 Mbps through to 500/500 Mbps.
Cybersmart Home Fibre
Home fibre packages are available at 100/100, 200/200, 300/300, 400/400 and 500/500 Mbps, subject to Cybersmart coverage and service availability at the installation address.
Cybersmart Business Fibre
Business fibre packages are available at 100/100, 200/200, 300/300, 400/400 and 500/500 Mbps, subject to Cybersmart coverage and service availability at the business address.
Symmetrical Cybersmart Fibre Speeds
All of the Cybersmart fibre packages offered here provide symmetrical speeds. This means the advertised download and upload speeds are the same. For example, a 200/200 Mbps package provides speeds of up to 200 Mbps download and 200 Mbps upload.
Higher upload speeds can be useful for video conferencing, cloud backups, transferring large files, remote working, content creation and other applications that regularly send large amounts of data over the internet.

The Cybersmart Home fibre installation / activation fee is R599.
Business Fibre

Free-to-Use Router with Cybersmart Fibre
SA Domain supplies a router on a free-to-use basis with the Cybersmart fibre service, with no router delivery fee. The router is supplied for use with the qualifying SA Domain fibre service rather than being sold as a separately purchased router.
Static IP Included
SA Domain Cybersmart fibre packages include a static IP address, providing a consistent public IP address for customers who require one as part of their internet service.
No Long-Term Fibre Contract
Cybersmart fibre services offered through SA Domain are provided without a long-term contract. Monthly billing begins when the fibre service is activated.
