FibreGeeks Fibre Internet with SA Domain

SA Domain provides internet services over the FibreGeeks fibre network where FibreGeeks coverage is available. FibreGeeks operates the fibre infrastructure, while SA Domain provides the internet service, account management and customer support.

Check FibreGeeks Coverage at Your Address

Fibre availability is address-specific. Before selecting a FibreGeeks package, use the SA Domain fibre coverage checker to determine whether FibreGeeks infrastructure is available at your installation address.

Coverage can differ between neighbouring streets, buildings and developments, so checking the exact installation address is important before placing an order.

FibreGeeks and SA Domain: Who Does What?

FibreGeeks and SA Domain perform different roles in providing your fibre internet connection.

FibreGeeks

FibreGeeks is the Fibre Network Operator (FNO). It operates the physical fibre infrastructure used to connect supported homes and buildings to the fibre network.

SA Domain

SA Domain is the Internet Service Provider (ISP). We provide the internet service over the FibreGeeks network and manage your SA Domain fibre service, account and support.

FibreGeeks Package Options

FibreGeeks services available through SA Domain include standard home fibre packages as well as packages with specific availability conditions.

Home Fibre Packages

Standard FibreGeeks home fibre packages provide a selection of download and upload speeds for qualifying FibreGeeks-covered addresses.

Selected Area Packages

Special FibreGeeks packages are available in Pioneer Valley, Pioneer Park, Pioneer Place and Rivergate Village. These packages are not general FibreGeeks packages for all areas.

New Installation Packages

Certain FibreGeeks packages are specifically available for qualifying new installations. Availability must be confirmed for the installation address.

Understanding FibreGeeks Fibre Speeds

Fibre package speeds are shown as download speed followed by upload speed. For example, a 100/50 Mbps package provides speeds of up to 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, while a 100/100 Mbps package provides matching download and upload speeds.

Packages with matching download and upload speeds can be useful where upload performance is important, including cloud backups, video conferencing, remote working and transferring large files.
