Updating Your Contact Details



The following steps will assist you in updating your contact information:

1. Log in to the Client Area.

2. Click on the green Update button located on the left-hand side of the page.

3. You will be taken to the My Details page.

4. Update your contact information and then click on the Save Changes button.

If you wish to edit one of your secondary contacts, click on the Contacts/Sub-Accounts button; select the account from the Choose Contact drop-down field and update it as needed.

Note: Changing your Client Area contact information will not update the WHOIS contact information for any of your domains. You can update the contact details for your domains using the steps located here.
